Pickled goose

Pickled goose is the specialty with a long history of more than 3000 years in Huaguo Mountain, which is the hometown of the monkey king. According to the legend, it is firstly cooked by Chinese cuisine originator Yinyin, who is also the prime minister in Shang Dynasty, while he lived a secret life in Huaguo Mountain. Pickled goose contains large amount of amino acids and unsaturated fatty acids.
